Can't Shake This Feeling - Grum

Got to love the chaos of Christmas, we try to get as organised as early as Mid-November & by the time it swings around you embrace everything with open arms & just enjoy what time you have with your family & friends.

& thats exactly what we all did. I had dinner with my family Christmas Eve, we were at Simons for Christmas Lunch then back at my family friends for Christmas Dinner. The weekend before Christmas we had my cousin & his family come over for lunch. Then rolling forward to Boxing Day we were back at Simons to celebrate the Sydney to Hobart race with a lovely brunch.

It exhausting & exhilarating at the same time, as its for only a few times a year that everyone properly gets together & amongst all the gift buying & the boxing day sales its also a chance to reflect on the year that was. What's even more exciting is we are entering a new decade; 2020!

The roaring 20s!

This week I thought I would delve back a decade & take you all back to one of my favourite songs in 2010. Hope you all love it!

For the past 10 years music wise, we have come a long way to the rise & semi fall of dubstep, to the stronger introduction of loop peddles, the subtle stay of synth & the consistency that is Heavy metal. There are way too many genres in the Dance category now, it's either Tropical House or Reggae Dance or Trap. But if anything is clear in all of this we adapt & change like our music tastes do.

In the past 10 years, my listenography has definitely become more versatile & I'm loving all the new/old artists that I'm still discovering everyday!

As we close a decade & reach the end of a year, I look back & I'm happy. Wishing you all a fun night & a Wonderful New Year!

Cheers

Amy
