So I received my results for my two final group work assessments & both got passes! I've got 1 week till exams & after a bit of fun throughout the long weekend mostly in the Sunshine I'm back & getting stuck into study again! Looking forward to eventually getting off this uni roundabout for a bit & having a well deserved break! I've officially got a month till Japan too & I'm starting to get pretty geed!
The weather was absolutely gorgeous over the long weekend & Summer feels like its truly on its way! It's starting to feel that warm, I've impulse bought inflatable palm trees, shades are on..lets do this! I've started the week with some fresh additions to my music playlist which I always finds puts a spring in my step so I've got some new tracks from Tourist, Porter Robinson, Big Scary, E^ST, Empire of the Sun, Hayden James, Tegan & Sara & lastly Pez.
There is just something I love about warmer weather, but most tracks lately that I've been listening to as we make our way towards Summer have quite a tropical vibe with a deep house feel. I'm excited to hear what future tracks are in store!

Tory Dean is an American alternative pop artist from upstate New York. "Youth" which is becoming a favourite track of mine from his latest EP self titled "Youth" which was released July 2016. His latest EP which features a series of tracks such as "Kill 'Em With Dance", "I Guess We're Even", "Gone for Good" & "Roscoe".
Tory Dean's musical style is a unique blend of pop/alternative rock & electronic dance music. At only 23, he releases covers on his SoundCloud with influences including: Nirvana, No Doubt, Jeffree Star, Marina & The Diamonds, Madonna, Courtney Love, Britney Spears, Eminem, Joan Jett, Dixie Chicks, & Janis Joplin.
"Youth" is a very carefree & fun track to ease us Australians into the warmer months ahead! Like youth itself it's all about having fun & enjoying the Spring of your life. The EP has been released on it's own accord, Tory Dean is an unsigned artist but this is one artist to definately watch for 2016!
