I'll Be Fine - Clairy Browne & the Bangin' Rackettes

When I'm not working or studying or out with friends the other hours of my day are spent in front of the telly, doing puzzles or reading. Currently I still have quite the pile of outstanding movies to watch & tv shows to catch up on (Alas uni holidays mid Feb!) But for quite a while now one of my favourite tv shows that I manage to squeeze in my week is "Please Like Me" starring Australian comedian Josh Thomas.

As I've said since from the beginning, the music I listen to is dependant on my mood or how I feel at the time. One week its hard rock, the other its indie or dance. Then some weeks I go old school & other weeks I get into hip hop but it varies heaps & heaps. Sometimes I just want a good song that I can tap my feet to or clap my hands. This weeks song is inspired by the intro of my fave TV show & at the beginning of every episode it has me up & shimmie-ing.

Get ready to shimmie & boogie to this, you can listen to it here:

Clairy Browne & the Bangin' Rackettes are a soul band from Melbourne; Australia. The band was formed in 2009 & not soon after getting together, the band received strong reviews & went on to play to a sold-out crowd at the Forum Theatre as part of Melbourne Festival. "I'll Be Fine" is from their debut record released in 2011 "Baby Caught the Bus". After Melbourne Festival they were invited to tour around Australia in support of The Cat Empire.

It's just the best kind of song to clap your hands & tap your toes along to, after listening to it you could never be in a bad mood. Have a great week!

Cheers Amy
